Whole Wheat Carrot Pineapple Muffins

I know I was talking about banana muffins since I have a few bananas in my freezer - but last night I was inspired by the carrots in my fridge.  I tried this recipe from the What's Cooking blog.  We had some for breakfast this morning and they are delicious.  They have a combination of white and whole wheat flour to keep them light.  Carrots and pineapple add some sweetness and keep them moist.  I hadn't tried this one before, so this time I just followed the recipe and didn't make any modifications.
